Keep shape and attack with speed
3 groups of 4 use half the field. Middle group starts with the ball and attacks one of the defending groups. If they lose the ball they now switch places with the team they lost the ball too. The team that won the ball now attacks the opposite side defending group.
If a group scores a goal they maintain possession and attack the opposite goal and are defended by the other group.
2 goals-if you have no goals use each end line as a goal to dribble or complete a pass to a teammate to score.
Play this using half the field. use cones or flags as the midfield goal if you do not have 2 full goals to use.
